Daniel Craig Will Return in Next Bond Film
After the years of speculation about who will follow in Daniel Craig's footsteps as the next James Bond, the answer turns out none other than Daniel Craig himself.
The actor, who famously told Time Out Magazine that he would rather "break this glass and and slash my wrists" than play James Bond again has had a change of heart. He explained his newfound dedication to Stephen Colbert on The Late Show last night.

Craig explained that he at the time of the interview he had just wrapped Spectre and could not think of anything worse than immediately going back to work. He insisted though that he had always intended to return as Bond and is looking forward to the role, saying he wants to go out on a high mark.
The Path to Bond 25
The untitled Bond 25 will mark Daniel Craig's fifth and final movie in the Bond series. After a universally praised first outing in Casino Royale, the series took a step back with The Quantum of Solace. That stumble was only momentary, however, because the series immediately came back with a vengeance in Skyfall.

But for many Spectre was a flop and left the question open about whether or not Craig would choose to come back for another movie. As rumors swirled about other casting possibilities and that Christoph Waltz would only be involved if Craig returned, tensions continued to rise. But after last night's appearance
But after Craig's appearance last night on The Late Show, those tensions can all be put to rest. At least, that is, until Bond 25 comes to theaters.
