The official “Power Rangers” Twitter account is still teasing plot details from their new movie. The newest detail they're teasing us with is the presence of the fan-favorite Green Ranger!

The Power Rangers tweeted out a motion poster that includes the Green Ranger helmet, surrounded by a mysterious layer of mist. Check it out below:

The Green Ranger was none other than fan favorite Tommy Oliver. Tommy was played by Jason David Frank on "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" Tommy was the most popular Power Ranger. He eventually became the White Ranger. Before all that, though, Tommy was a villain, serving Rita Repulsa to help destroy the Rangers.

Interestingly, a theory has been circulating online that Rita Repulsa might also have been a Green Ranger herself. The theory is that Zordon was the original Red Ranger, and the two had a falling out. The result of that argument is the was that Zordon's Rangers now fight against Rita's monsters in the Mightly Morphin Power Rangers movie.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers is directed by Dean Israelite and stars Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, Ludi Lin, R.J. Cyler, Becky Gomez, Bryan Cranston, and Elizabeth Banks.
