Social Media Reaction to Justice League Mixed Positive
The social media embargo for next week's hotly anticipated Justice League lifted today. How does it look? Well, reactions seem to be pretty split. If they skew one way or the other, it would be positive. Many outlets are calling this a step in the right direction for Warner Bros. and DC's embattled cinematic shared universe. While the embargo for full reviews doesn't break til early next week, we at Nerd it Here First decided to make life just a little easier for you. Below are reactions from the some of the biggest names, and more interesting voices, who shared their thoughts on the superhero team-up:
I have a lot to say about ‘Justice League’ but will wait till it’s released to really get into it. But two important things to know: stay till the very end of the credits and Jason Momoa (@PrideofGypsies) is awesome as Aquaman. pic.twitter.com/Pg6cKCZAEo

I saw #JusticeLeague and its a bumpy amazing uneven bizarre wet clay event. The Flash & Wonder Woman stand out. It's a good start. pic.twitter.com/7vAp1YicTp

#JusticeLeague is solid entertainment despite some problems. They pulled off a strange alchemy that works better than it should. The story is lacking, but the League is great and it’s a blast to watch them in action together. Wonder Woman is clutch, obvi.

The good news:JUSTICE LEAGUE’s better than BvS and SS. Flash & Aquaman have good moments. The bad: Steep comedown from WW. Villain’s so meh.

So yes the #JusticeLeague social embargo is up so I can finally say, this movie is exactly what I think a lot of DC fans have been waiting for since Batman v Superman was announced...

Unlike that movie, the heroes are genuinely likable and seeing them interact is a joy. The entire #JusticeLeague cast is on point, with Affleck really growing much more comfortable in the cowl this time.

The MVP will continue to be Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman, who is both fearsome and gracefully maternal here (Elfman’s new arrangement of her theme is the scire’s highlight too). The Amazons also steal the show in their big scene. We could seriously have a Paradise Island film

#JusticeLeague! Way more fun than expected. Ezra Miller's Flash, Jason Momoa's Aquaman = ❤️??. Can Gal Gadot play Wonder Woman forever?

So, Justice League... To quote Aquaman, I dig it. The Flash is a great addition, there are some fun character moments & it gets its heroes right for the most part (one in particular). There are some definite issues but film's pretty satisfying. More next week! pic.twitter.com/i1qGGiSXJd

I am genuinely happy to report #JusticeLeague is a lot of fun. It's not perfect and has its problems, but does the job of making you care about these characters as a team by its end. It's also VERY funny, in lots of unexpected ways. pic.twitter.com/1AAjYgv16i

#JusticeLeague was good & very fun. It’s going to be popular w/audiences, not only fans but mainstream viewers & families.
